Heather was absolutely fantastic. We had been unsuccessful in finding anything before we reached out to Heather. As soon as she took over our search, we immediately found options that we loved. Heather would go out of her way to go look at houses for us, without us even asking. Heather did this for the house we ended up purchasing, she went to scope it out the day before she showed it to us, just to make sure it was worth our time. This gave us the confidence to make an offer on the house, because we knew Heather had spent the time to make sure it was right for us. Heather has gone above and beyond in every aspect of the process, helping to connect us with her contacts after we purchased the house to make sure we were not overwhelmed with fixing up the house. I cannot say enough good things about Heather and would recommend her to anyone who is in need of an agent! She still follows up with us today to make sure we are getting everything we need. She will be our agent as long as we are in the city of Memphis, we are so blessed to be represented by her!
