Heather is awesome!!!! She goes above and beyond the call of duty and I LOVE working with her. She is an effective communicator, dedicated to her career and makes sure everything is done to perfection! I have had the honor of closing two homes with her and now working on a 3rd one. Heather remains positive even in the toughest situations and provides honest and realistic feedback that I value and appreciate. Heather is truly a Memphis Gem and I want to personally thank you for everything!

I know I've told you this so many times, but THANK YOU. I couldn't have done this with you. You are so good at your job. Your opinions were helpful but not too assertive, your communication was always quick, you're so efficient it's crazy, all of the vendors you recommended made the process so smooth and wonderful (everyone told us closing would take forever. I think we were there like 30 minutes total from start to finish), and above all, you listened to what we wanted, never pressured us and we ended up with a house we feel 100% happy with. Doesn't happen often where I feel like a decision was without doubt the right one, but this time, I do. Not one ounce of buyer's remorse. The Lord has used you in such a big way for our little family, and we could NOT be more grateful! You're amazing, Heather!
