Moving-in from Europe, with an outspoken modern taste, we had lots if demands for the purchase of our 1st home in the US. Heather (and team) have been outstanding listeners, agile and creative, their hard work and thorough follow-up results in our absolute happiness and beyond! No words enough to state how Heather and TheHomeTeam got us to be more than 100pct satisfied customers. Best experience ever, worth 6 stars at least.

Wendy Quinn and her team were unbelievably helpful! Wendy communicated openly with us regarding different offers, gave advice on subjects we were unfamiliar with, and checked in with us regularly to make sure we were comfortable. We had to move across state prior to our closing and we couldn't have completed the process without Wendy's above and beyond attitude! She helped us get our contractors lined up, gave us eyes on our house while we were gone, and provided access when needed on short notice. I am so happy we decided to partner with Wendy and the Home Team!

In late summer of 2020, my husband and I decided to put our house on the market and use Katy Quinn as our realtor. We quickly had over 30 showings scheduled starting Friday @1pm. By the end of the weekend we had accepted an offer and began the packing process. While there were some bumps in the road, Katy was there along the way to answer each and every question! As I must say, we were quite the needy clients and had lots of houses we wanted to look at. In a market like today, we had to act fast. Katy was awesome, she would meet us at one of the houses that same day and usually within a few hours. We unfortunately didn't have any luck with our offers placed on the houses which was fine! We decided to build which was a new challenge for us all. Katy kept us up to date with builders and we moved into our lovely home March 2021! We are so grateful for Katy's hard work and determination to find us the perfect house!!
